passenger window not working

On the passenger side window don't work. It don't go down or up. . Person. That had It before said It worked n one day the locked up. Later came back. They tried to open the window. It quit. No one knowa How to fix It. Can u

First you have to determine the cause of the window not moving. It can be electrical or mechanical. If you hear the motor trying to run but the glass doesn't move, suspect the regulator. If there is no sound, suspect an electrical problem, most commonly a broken wire between the door hinges. Check if it is dead from both switches or just one of them.
