No it does not. It could be wiring, the solenoid or a valve body issue.

When the engine is cool it will shift into 1st 2nd and 3 but when it warms up it will only shift into 1st and 2nd.

And sometimes it will jerk when it's in 2nd.

Okay, we are off track here. Your original issue was with the PCM and engine.

We are off on the transmission and that will require you to start a new post as we can only deal with one issue at a time per question.

On the engine issue, what did you do about the low compression?
