Engine turns over. No power to fuel pump. Relays are good fuses are good with power to both. The truck shut down one day and replaced the fuel pump. Started and ran for a few minutes then shut off. Tried to re start just cranked. But then after a few it started and ran for about a minute or two then shut off again. And it hasn't started since nor is there power to the pump, but it will turn over.

I would check for power at the fuse # 1, 2, 5, 19, 44 and 49 with the key on this guide will help if no power is present, I would replace the IPM which is a common problem with these trucks.

Here is how to change the IPM out in case you need it. Also, I have included the engine wiring diagrams so you can see how the system works. Check out the images (below). Let us know what happens and please upload pictures or videos of the problem so we can see what's going on.

Power to those fuses.44 is labeled a spare. I pulled the ignition lock cylinder yesterday and I was going to change the ignition, but I didn't. I put it back in and the truck started right up and ran great. I drove it around for a while. Then this morning back to crank no start and fuel pump not running and power is still at those fuses.

Yep, this sounds like the IPM is going out, but to be sure you should do a CAN scan. You can get a CAN scanner (Controller Area Network) which will work on most cars from Amazon.

here is a video to show you how:

Please let us know what you find.
