Crank but will not start?

The truck cranks but it won't start i use a Autel scanner. It does not have any codes, but i notice when the engine is cranking the injection pwm bank 1 and 2 is about 50 to 70ms and the command air fuel equivalence is 0.4 :1. All the o2 sensor read around 450mV.

When you turn the key on without cranking, the engine over can you hear the fuel pump run in the tank? Please check out this guide, we need more information.
