WHEN YOU TRY TO START THE CAR IT CLICKS ONCE, IF YOU KEEP TRYING TO START IT THE LIGHTS AND EVERYTHING INSIDE THE CAR STARTS FLICKERING ON AND OFF. The car does not try to turn over at all

Check the connections at the battery. If good check the battery:

Usually mopar batteries are pretty good, but every once in a while they go bad. Also, a battery can be worn down by it either not being charged adequetly or power draining from the battery such as a light being left on.
