The car will not start. When you turn the key lights radio and everything works. Can hear the fuel pump run. Have checked the battery, cables, replaced the starter and starter relay switches. The car has a manual transmission. It is worse on a hot day. The car will start in the morning when it is cooler. Drive to work everything is fine. As it heats up outside to mid 90 degree weather, the car won't start. When it cools diwn in the evening it will start again.

When it doesn't start, does the starter engage and turn the engine? Has the check engine light come on?

I need you to check a couple things for me. First, I need you to check for power to the starter. Have a helper turn the key to the start position while you check for voltage to the smaller wire on the starter. You should have 12v. If there is no power, open the power distribution box under the hood, locate the starter relay, and switch it with another relay that has the same part number. Then see if it starts.

Let me know what you find.
