truck takes several tries to start in the am, fuel? Also if I jump start it or use it to jump another car I have truble starting and if you rev the engine it brakes up, but if I let it idle for an hour or so it clears up thanks roy

Sounds like a fuel pump problem. There is a fuel pump test lead under the hood near the under hood fuse block, its a single red wire with a pigtail connector on the end of it. You need to use a multimeter and set it to 10 amp dc scale and measure amp draw. To do this put one end or meter on fuel pump test lead and the other end to positive battery and check amp draw, you should have a minimum of 9 amps, if not fuel pump is bad.
