1998 Chevy Blazer LT 4.3v6 4x4 140,000mi. I have dim lights on the right (pass) side of the vehicle. I have checked bulbs and replaced sockets thinking maybe a grounding issue but problem still exists. Is there something else to look for? DRL module, relays, or switch or something?

Fuse 19 is left headlight power and 20 is right power. Be sure you have 12 volts through both fuses
