My 1999 Blazer is making the turn signal noise continuously. It won't turn off unless you press on the brake pedal. The turn signal and hazards work pervect but that anoying noise stays on all the time. What could be the problem?

If the noise is from the flasher units then the turn signals or flasher can't work perfectly. It sounds like you need to replace one or both flashers, They are cheap and worth a try.

There are 2 one for the hazard flashers and one for the turn signals.
