Electrical problem
1999 Chevy Blazer V6 Four Wheel Drive Automatic 125000 miles

Hi, got another problem my right blinker when kicked on blinks at a very high rate and I have checked all the fuses and all the bulbs the only bulb that seems to be out is one for small upper left light on the front of my car, The car has always had a constant turn signal tick when actually not turn anywhere, I wonder if that could have anything to do with it, I'm pritty sure my cars one of those electricaly unsafe ones that will some how spark on the highway and blow up.

Any Help would be greaty helpful.

All turn signal bulbs must be working for the flasher to flash at the proper rate. If all the bulbs are working, then you most likely have an internal failuer of the multifunction switch in the column. Some of them had a recall I think. Send me the complete VIN number and I can check for you.

If all the bulbs are good I would swap out the flasher assembly because I have seen those go bad and cause the problem. Also, please go over this guide to help fix the problem
