What do I check for fast turn signal blinking

L turn signal blinks fast but both bulbs are good(working). R side is working as it should. If it's a bulb shouldn't one of them be out and if it's the flasher shouldn't both side be doing it?

-An open circuit,a bulb,T/S switch and flasher problem -break out the multimeter and start testing no more talk -keep us posted-

Sounds like you might have a bulb out on that side. That's what it does when it's missing a bulb.
