2001 Chevy S-10 Engine Won't Start

Engine problem
2001 Chevy S-10 6 cyl Four Wheel Drive Automatic 140 k miles

Four days ago I replaced the fuel pump and fuel filter. After the work was done, the truck started and drove. I had to go out of town for work and when I returned 3 days later, the truck will not start again. I can hear the fuel pump running. The battery is brand new, the fuel pump and fuel filter are new.

Where to now?

Try using carb cleaner thru the throttle body-did it fire up and died out-if so recheck the fuel pressure and check for an injection pulses at the injector/s while cranking engine over.
