Truck will not start, when I crank it I can hear the fuel pump but sounds weaker maybe. I was wondering if it could be that or something else. How do you check to see if it is grounded?

Does your battery have a full charge? Are all battery cables/wires clean and tight on both ends?

If you think it is a fuel issue, that spider fuel system is known for problems. The fuel pressure is critical. Can you check fuel pressure? Have you tried using a little starter fluid in the intake, to see if the vehicle will start or try to start? There can be safety issues using a flammable spray, that is your responsibility.

Can you check for codes? Have you checked for spark at the plugs, with the engine cranking?

You can test any ground circuit by using a testlite connected to battery voltage, if the lite comes on when you touch the ground circuit, the ground is ok. You have to remember the testlite doesn't pull many amps. On a ground circuit that goes to the computer, an led testlite is probably safer.
