rattle during initial acceleration

Looking for some help. I have a 1998 Chevrolet 3/4T LWB 4x4 Silverado w/ 7.4 liter, automatic w/ 47K original miles. Has a 4 " suspension lift, Catback exhaust, FIPK. Take care of and do alot of my own work. from a stop and during initial acceleration, I am getting a clatter, not really a front end shimmy. everything appears to be tight, new ball joints as well as breaks in front, recent front end alignment. Does not happen in park while revving or once you accelerate above about 15 mph- I am wondering if it might be something to do with the 1/2 shafts on the IFS. Please help

Noise are very hard to explain.what one person calls a rattle may be someone else's tap.

it may be ring noise.
it recognized as a high pitched rattle or clicking during acceleration.if the ring is worn on the top and/ or bottom surfaces it can rotate excessively in the piston land.As the ring rotates back and forth in the land,it produice a rattle. The noise will be hear in the upper portion of the cylinder,where the greatest pressure is applied the ring causing it to rotate in the land.
this noise is difficult to isolate, but it is characterized by its not changing when the cylinder is disabled.
Ring noise correction requires ring, piston,or sleeve replacement,In most instances it will require boring the cylinder.
