I have a 2003 silverado Z71 67,000 miles 5.3 v8. My question is that when I turn the wheel to the right there is a knocking noise. A couple of months ago I was hearing this noise and I had the left front wheel assem. Replaced. The noise went away for a while and now its back. Do you think that the right needs to be replaced know. If so is this a common thing. Thanks alot.

Have you replace the inter shaft from the colum to the box, chevy has a pile of them at the dealer. I have the same truck, mine did that to.
