1995 Chevy Monte Carlo wont start

Hello my name is Jamel. I have a 95 chevy Monte carlo and it will not start I have had the starter and battery checked and still no sign of starting

Hello, if the starter won't crank, do the basic checks. The battery has a full charge, the cables/wires are clean and tight on both ends. If there is a pellet in the key for the theft system, wipe it off with a clean rag, try a different key.

You could do some testing at the starter solenoid, make sure the tranny is in park or neutral and the e-brake is set. With an auto tranny, try cranking in neutral.
