1995 Chevy Monte Carlo Not starting

I have problems starting my 95 chevy monte carlo, I've replaced the starter & the starter wires.I'm still not having any luck

Welcome to the forum, do you think the security system may be causing a problem? If the key has a pellet in it, try wiping off the pellet with a clean rag or try a different key.
