Put new timing chain and gear, still will not do a thing, will turn over, will not fire or start

You can try to dump some gas in the throttle body and try to start it, if it firesup more then likely you have a fuel issue and you should be checking out the fuel pressure and injectors.

If no start suspect a issue with spark. Procede to buy and use a spark tester and check for spark on all cylinders and at the coil.
