If it's not working at any speed it's a good chance it's the blower motor. Bad news it's under the hood area at the base of the windshield. You have to remove the wiper arms cowl cover wiper motor with wiper transmission then there is a cover over the blower motor. Also care has to be taken putting the blower motor cover back on.
