1987 Chevy Celebrity 4 cyl Two Wheel Drive Automatic 140k+ miles

I replaced the head gasket on my celebrity and then I took it for a test drive and I ran out of gas and put some gas in it but now it wont start I cant get one bolt in the intake so I think its getting either to much air or just no compression but I already tired changing the spark plug wires around but I still cant figure out why it wont run

If you an out of gas there is a good chance the fuel pump got burned up. The pump is usuallly submerged in fuel so it keeps it cool while it runs. The bolt not being in the intake will cause a vacuum leak so you should really try to get that in, but check to see if you have any fuel pressure first as that may be the cause. Also check your fuel filter for being clogged.
