The Olds Alero 2003 will not start on occasion. My battery is being affected. I can start and drive it, and then out of nowhere it decides it won't start. It has power but will not turn over at all. I have to wait for sometimes a couple hours to a day in some cases. It's not the starter or it wouldn't start at all. Everything seems normal for the exception of a weak battery after driving for awhile then letting it sit when going back to start the car.

Hello,

The starter motor can work and then not work, when the engine will not crank over follow these guides and check for power at the trigger wire on the starter.

and

Check toward the bottom of the guide.

Please run this test and get back to us
