Include some more specifics as to when. Does it increase with vehicle or engine speed, does it change when turning or swaying right, or left?

I can hear it from about 35 MPH on up to 90 I only had it up to 90MPH once. It is the same pitch and loudness no matter how fast you go above 35, there is no shimmy or shaking just a small vibration at 45-60 MPH.I have never felt it sway during cornering or turning. The ride good, has new Michelin tires on it only have 10,000 miles on tires but it made the noise before new tires.

Not swaying during turning or cornering, I mean't does the noise change, or go away, when swaying the vehicle right or left. A faulty wheel bearing will sometimes be indicated by the noise going away with a right or left influence on the vehicle. This changes the load on the bearings, and if you have say, scoring in the outer race, it may go away during this procedure.

The noise stays even when swaying vehicle left or right. Could this be comming from the transaxle if so what could cause it. Could a bad CV joint make a noise like that. The whining noise increases in loudness as speed increases until about 60 MPH.

It could be from the transaxle, final drive, or deeper. Best guess at this point is have it lifted on a hoist and ran. With a stetoscope it might be identifiable, or maybe it is loud enough that the naked ear is all you need. Sometimes though, noises can go away with no load on the drive members.
