Shock absorbers and struts don't squeak. Rubber bushings are usually involved with squeaks, and while shock absorbers can have rubber bushings, they rarely cause noise because they don't twist very much. More common causes are worn control arm bushings and anti-sway bar bushings. On Ford products worn ball joints are somewhat common too and must never be ignored, even for a week, because it is real common for them to separate leading to loss of control and crashes. Noises like squeaks and rattles aren't quite as serious on GM products, but they still shouldn't be ignored, at least until you know if it's a potential safety issue. You DO have struts on the front. They do the job of the shock absorbers, plus they're structural parts that hold the wheels in proper alignment. Yours don't have rubber bushings.
Have the steering and suspension systems inspected at a tire and alignment shop. They're experts at finding the causes of noises and vibrations.
