I replaced the harmonic balancer and before I replaced it the car started fine, now it has no spark going to the plugs I checked all the fuses they are all ok, what could cause this?

You likely either damaged the Crank sensor in the process or you have the wrong balancer.
Make sure the crank sensor is plugged in and you didn't bend any of the pins over inside the plug. That happens very easily.

Turn the headlights on and crank it. Do they dim or stay bright?

Does it click or not do anything at all.

Post back and well figure it out.

Check your starter relay/solenoid.

Next try tapping on the starter while having someone crank the car.

And third get a new battery, it still should be under warenty! Jumping doesnt always help if the battery is clicking, it could have a bad plate in there.

Engine starts and runs fine. Sometimes after turning off the engine it will not restart for anywhere from 10 minutes to an hour. It cranks but doesn't start. Once it starts it runs fine. It has been happening more frequently. It has been in the shop and they said everything checks out alright. They kept it and drove it for several days and it started everytime. Could the crankshaft position sensor test good but still be causing the problem?

Try checking your engine coolant temp sensor and your MAP sensor.

We found the front seal leaking and oil was found on the crank sensor. Could this have been the problem? Time will tell.

That is quite possible if the oil is blocking the sensor.
