1994 Buick Century won't start

Have 3.1 v-6, just rebuilt heads. Blew a head gasket- water in oil. Back together just won't start? What can I do?

Did you position piston no.1 on its compression stroke/TDC and align cam and crank markings correctly-

Also are you getting the corrrect fuel pressure and a snapping blue spark?
