Recently when I've been refilling my car with gas it has a problem starting afterwards. Once I've filled up I'll go to start my car and it will make a stuttering noise like it's trying to start but can't and eventually it'll rollover and slowly start but not without it making some ugly noises and recently it won't even start on the first turn. It only happens when I refI'll my car, which part do you believe needs replacing. Thank you

You're going to have to find a way to monitor the fuel pressure during that situation. The fuel pump has to be being effected in some way whether it's stirring up junk in the bottom of the tank or whether the temp of the new fuel is effecting the pump but it all starts with knowing what the fuel pressure is doing during this issue.
