I park the car and when I go to start it the engine is flooded?

IT sounds like you have an injector that is leaking or a bad fuel pressure regulator. Go to our homepage under the DIY section. There are directions and videos showing how to check fuel pump pressure. What you need to pay attention to is how quickly the pressure drops when you shut the key as well as is there too much pressure when the key is on. If it drops fast, chances are there is an injector leaking off. IF there is too much pressrue, chances are the regulator is not working properly.
