We have a 01 T & C, 3.8 engine. Cranks, but no start. Good spark, good fuel pressure.

Injector pulse reads 0.0 on scanner. Neither wires on number 6 injector have power, with key on, engine off (#6 is about the only injector you can pull the pigtail on, without pulling the upper plenum).

The only code, is a P0106, MAP sensor out of range.

The map asensor may cause a no start but try resetting security system if no manual look online for your car on how to do it.

Repaired the MAP sensor ground, code P0106 gone. Can not find a way to reset security system in our Snapon Verus scanner. 14.2 update.

Supplied battery voltage to brown/white injector wires. No pulse on injectors, & still 0.0 pulse width.

Look online instead of in scanner for security reset. I think on a Chrysler product it's to lock door and unlock on driver's side, not sure though

We have tried all the lock/unlock procedures, in every door. Nothing has changed. 0.0 injector pulse on scanner. Will not light a Noid light.

We also believe it has some type of theft code. Red security light, on dash, constantly blinks. But we can not find any type of theft code, with our scanner. And we can't find any information; other than the lock/unlock procedure; to clear a theft code.

The security is in the key so try another key if you have one. It is very important to not have anything magnetic near or touch ignition switch otherwise it screws it up. If you don't have another key you'll have to get it scanned by a pro so he can fix security system problem.

This system doesn't have the gray key, with the transponder in it. It has the black key, which is just a regular key. So; if the system is working properly, the way to disarm the security system, should be to lock, & unlock one of the doors.

That does not work.

Then it needs to be scanned to see what is wrong with it and why it's engaged.

We put a Snapon Verus on it. It doesn't show any theft codes.
