Hi,
If the batteries are good, the connections are clean and tight, and you are getting a click, we need to do some checking.
First, let's confirm that all fuses are good and they are getting power both to them and from them. I attached the entire wiring schematic for the starting system on your truck. In pic 1, I highlighted fuses and the starter relay. In addition to checking the fuses, make sure there is power present to them. Here is a link you may find helpful:

Pics 3 and 4 show fuse and relay locations. I highlighted them for you.
As far as the relays, if there is a different one having the same part number, switch them to see if it makes a difference. If there isn't one to switch with, here is a link that explains how to test a relay:
