When I start the jeep for the first time of the day it doesn't want to start. It takes like six or seven times before it will start up. Once it starts it will run fine. The idle when sitting at a red light is kind of rough though. What could be causing this?

Is it running rough because of the low idle speed or is it due to a misfire? If the battery was recently disconnected or run drained out the engine computer is going to have to relearn "minimum throttle" before it will know when to be in control of idle speed. Until then it will tend to stall at stop signs, you may need to hold the gas pedal down 1/4" to get it to start, and it will not give you the nice idle flare-up to 1500 rpm when you start it.
