I think we need to step back and find out what happened when you replaced the coil. If you had it running but it was not running well then you replaced the coil and now you have no spark, you may have a faulty new coil. I would suggest reinstalling the oil coil and see if you get back to the starting and running rough condition.

If we can get back to that point, then we may have a vacuum leak causing the rough idle unless we have a misfire code.

I am attaching a number of things below but the main thing we need to find is if you have spark with the original coil. If so, you can replace it again use a mopar coil as that will likely fix it if this is a coil issue.
