My 1999 chevy has a starting problem it starts great when it is cold but when it has already been started you have to hold the gas pedal to get it started and after it starts you can smell raw fuel. What's wrong?

We have had it put on a computer but the computer told us that there was nothing wrong.

I would start with a fuel pressure test. it may be low or a regulator has failed, here is a link to check that
