My car is leaning to the right on the passenger side, and when you turn there is friction so it's tougher to turn.

Correct ride height is very important for proper braking, handling, steering response, and comfort. The four-wheel-drive version of your vehicle uses front torsion bar suspension which is adjustable. It is easy to adjust them to make up for normal sagging from fatigue, but when it's as bad as you described, it's almost certain the torsion bar on the right side is broken and will need to be replaced.
