What is wrong 98 chevy 4.3l vortec she will start with priming but wont start otherwise I replaced the fuel pump with a new one still same engine not getting any gas?

Is it a TBI or CPI fuel system? -Check and test the oil pressure sending unit and fuel pressure check-

Found the problem lmao!
Would you believe the braided ground wire that goes from bell housing/engine block bolt to the chassis was broken !I twisted both ends together and she fired right up. Replaced it after with another ground and alls well
