I have a 1998 cheverlet camero z28 that wont start after I get it to operating temp until I let it set for a period of time

I have seen the engine coolant temperature sensor short out when hot which causes the car not to start. We should run the codes just in case something comes up and I have included the coolant sensor location in the diagrams below just in case.
