Does not start

My car was jumped off it started but my friend took the fuses out and put them back in and now the car will not start or do anything.

Couple questions just to make sure we are on the same page. The battery was drained and required a jump start? Then when you did that your friend removed the fuses to inspect them? What was the purpose of removing the fuses?

Next does the engine crank when you turn it over or does it not do anything now?

Basically we need to start with finding out if we are dealing with a fuse issue or some other issue related to the battery so let's also load check the battery just to make sure it is not the issue.
