Computer replaced car won't start

12volts was put to coolant temperature censor which fried the computer I replaced the computer car still won't start

You're going to have to tow it to the dealer. There are only a few shop that are capable of doing that.

Don't know if this matters I didn't have any spark changed even now I do

You will need to get the new ECU programmed regardless also check for any wiring damage due to the short circuit.
