I changed the 80A AMP fuse and now it will turn over but won't start.

I'm working on my mom's car (listed above). In the beginning there was no power anywhere. No dash lights, no nothing! I changed the battery as still nothing. I changed the 80A AMP fuse and now it will turn over but won't start. Still no headlights or dash lights. Thinking it's another fuse.. possibly the ignition fuse but, honestly don't know. Could someone help me please?

I think you are correct and the only way we are going to find out if there is a fuse is to run through and check them. Here is a guide that will help with checking fuses:

Also, below is the fuses that I would think we need to make sure are okay. Let's run through these and see what we turn up. This sounds like the fuel pump has gone out, when you turn the key to the on position without cranking the engine over can you hear the fuel pump run in the tank for 5 seconds?
