It is acting like it not getting fuel?

No burn marks and I do have the stock one I've changed it back to the stock the other day to see if that was it but it still done the same thing

Nice work, Have you checked the fuel pressure yet? If the pressure is low it can cause the engine to go lean. Here is a guide to help you.

If you don't have a gauge you can rent one for free from the auto parts store.

I've checked it after I put the injectors in and it's about 40 psi

Okay, here is what I would do, replace the ignition rotor. Then if it still does it try to spray starting fluid in when the engine is acting up to see if it is fuel or ignition related.
