My window stopped going up and down, so I replaced the regulator and motor. Now when I go to roll it up or down it just clicks. I plugged in the old regulator with it out the car and it also just clicks. Do I have a electrical relay issue or did I do something wrong?

To get the replacement to work you need to reset the power window control unit. The easy way is to use a factory level scan tool, however there is a way to do it without the scan tool, if the window cooperates.

A- First thing is to turn the key to "on".
B- Next is to put the window down using the door switch with the door closed.
C- With the window down and the key on.
D- Open the drivers door.
Those steps put the window module controller in program mode.

Now you have a 5 second time limit between each step to do the next 4 steps.

1- Turn the key "off".
2- Push the window Down switch and hold it in the down position (Not Auto down).
3- Turn the key back to "on".
4- Release the window switch.

Once you hit step 4 wait one second, then repeat steps 1-4, 3 more times.

Now for the test. Turn the key on and push the switch to the auto down position, If the window goes down on it's own the programming did not work and you need to repeat it from A.
If the auto down doesn't work then it is reset and you continue to setting the auto down and up functions.
For that, Start with the window up and push the down button into the auto down position and hold it there until the window is fully down, hold it for another second.
Now pull the switch up to the auto up position and hold it there until the window is fully up. Then hold it for another second.
That should have reset the controller, to test it see if the auto up and down now work and the window moves as it should. If it doesn't then you can try starting at A again.

If however the window doesn't move at all you will need a factory level scan tool that can reset the module and confirm that it isn't the module itself that isn't the failure point.
