I have a 1998 volkswagen jetta. The car basically only stalls out when
it is idling and then I turn the wheel, although once in a blue moon it
will actually while im driving down the road. The coil, computer, burnt
valves, distributor have all been replaced with the presumption that
this may fix the problem. Also an electrical relay was even added in as
well. i basically spent over a grand on the car so far to try and fix
this and i'm all out of ideas.

First check fuel pressure, then try cleaning the throttle body, and idle air control valve. Also check your air intake boot leading to the MAF sensor for cracks in the boot. let me know please.
