Theres power even when it cranks. No spark already changed ignitor coil and ignition control module. Whats next?

You mean power is available at distributor even while cranking and you are not getting sparks? This doesn't seem logical unless the rotors are not turning which might mean a faulty timing belt.
With distributor cap remove, crank the engine and see if the distributor rotor is turning.
