Toyota Corolla / 2001 / 101k / 4cylinder

Hi, I just bought this car for my step daughter a couple of months ago. After a couple of weeks we noticed that a rear passenger window would not operate when the car was first started. After 10-20 minutes it would operate. Now, all of the windows AND power locks are giving us problems within the first 10-20 minutes of starting the car.

Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!

Not a single reply in a week? Let me get this straight, if I make a donation someone will try to guess over the internet? No thanks. I think I'll take my chances paying someone to plug it in and make a diagnosis in person. I have been on various forums troubeshooting anything from electrical home wiring to satellite TV where I have helped others and others have helped me. This is the worse troubleshooting forum I have seen to date.
