2001 Toyota Corolla 2001 Corolla shakes at between 55-70MPH

Hi! Thank you for your help.

Recenlty I had my car alligned, tires rotated and balanced. After that, my car began to vibrate between 55-70MPH. I feel like I were driving on bumpy road. I feel the vibration very well through a steering wheel. I had to have balancing redone. It seemed to help a little bit, but not whole a lot.

Do you think this is an allignment problem or strut or other parts problems?

Some more information you might want to know.
1. My car does not pull to right or left though.

2. There is engine check light. I once took my friend's MAF sensor of the same corolla and tested on my car. No engine check light with that.

3. During the winter, there was a couple times of episodes of vibration when I stopped at the traffic light. (Gear on driving mode) No vibration with gear in parking or neutral. ==> One of your technicians said it could be engine mount problem. I don't have such a problem nowadays, though my engine still seems to be rough when idling.

4. Last summer when I had allignment, a mechanic forgot to tighten the camber bolt fast, and I drove the car with untightened camber bolt over 1000 miles on freeway with grinding noise on braking. Could this cause any mechanical problems to my car?

When I visited them this year for allignment, they said they could not allign my car becasue my rear camber bolts were worn out. But when I came in with camber bolts I purchased from NAPA, they changed their words and said they could allign my car.

If car was not vibrating before alignment and now vibrates, then alignment was not done correctly, or there is an underlying problem with bearings, control arm/bushings, tie rods, or ball joints, or the camber bolt ( that was not tightened) caused damage to knuckle.
