only 1 click when I turn the key to start the car. Battery is good.

No crank at all/nothing/nada:

Could be the starter, starter relay, park and neutral switch and ignition switch assuming the battery and connections are good.

If you can, remove starter and have it bench tested at most autoparts stores for free.
