Brakes problem
1991 Toyota Corolla 4 cyl Front Wheel Drive Automatic
when brakes get hot they get very thight and then lock. Car repair person said I need a break equalizer.

You don't have a brake equalizer, but you have a proportioning valve.
First, install pressure gauges to P Valve. Bleed the brake system. Raise master cylinder pressure for front wheel and increase rear wheel pressure gauges. Rear pressure increase should be less than front pressure. If pressure is not at specified level, replace the valve.
