Transmission problems seems to be lets say a clutch slipping

Hello there well the problem I have is that what seems to be lets say a clutch slipping thats the only way I can explain it, im driving and lets say I stop at a red light the rpm's go to like 2000 before transmission engages it does this like 2 times a day the atf is correct but the oil is a little dirty, any help will be appreciated. Thank you.

This is the beginning stages of a failing transmission. This could be due to a leak in a clutch causing the slipping or it could just be a fluid issue.

So, we need to start with replacing the fluid and see if the operation improves.

If it does not, then the fluid is turning dark due to the heat caused by the slipping clutch.

Basically, at this point we need to check the pressure and make sure that is within proper spec, but I suspect we will find it is going to be low which means we have leak internally.
