1998 Toyota Camry Oil leak from somewhere near engine

My camry has some problem with oil leak.
I dnt know where exactly from but I am sure that it is not the oil pan gasket. What the problem might be n probable cost of repair

pls help me on this

If its not coming from the crankcase -could be upfront on the front cover /oil pump/valve cover gaskets The cost dunno it varies with location

Hi there,

With engine oil leaks there are a number of places that they can leak, and as a consequence the prices will vary considerably, with this in mind, you will need to get the engine washed down and reinspected for any fresh leaks, often these will leak from the rocker cover gasket and this can often just be re tightened, check that the oil filter is tight and the pressure switch is not leaking, these are fairly common and cheap fixes, apart from these you then start looking at expensive repairs with front or rear crank shaft seals, head gaskets and oil pumps.
