Flasher Location

Electrical problem 4 cyl Front Wheel Drive Automatic 199000 miles

My turn signals and emergency flashers are not working, so i tried changing the flasher relay but the thing is i cant find the location of the flasher on the car. In the manual it says its on relay block 6 but nothing else. thera are two fuse boxes in the engine, only found a fuse i replaced it noyhing. I found another two fuse boxes inside one on drivers one pass. side. But I only found another fuse replaced it and nothing, but I can,t find were the flasher goes. Can you help me please?

Flasher is on relay block Number 6, which is under the hood toward the rear or way above the glove box it is tough to tell from the image. (Below)
