2000 Avalon, V6, 55,000 mil

When I turn on the A/C, the air coming out stinks like a mildew order. It lasts long enough to get in my clothes, etc.
I bought and used per the directions some A/C bacteria eliminator. But, its back.

I think it might be the drain plug that has the mildew, but I don't know where the drain plug is or how to properly clean it out.
Any help is appreciated. I

ok first are you getting low on coolant every few weeks or month of driving? also is there ever fog on your window that is kind of oily or water leaking in car then you may have a bad heater core.

I have not replaced any coolent. I have no water leaks in the car. And, I have no fog on the front or back windows.

Any other suggestions?

P.S. I bought the car new in 2000 and I am the only driver. Thanks.
